    Few more small updates

    Dear Players,


    • Made Veteran's cape have ava's effect.
    • Replaced the west dragons with frost dragons since the ice plateau maps Ã*re messedup.
    • Added Zulrah to boss kills.
    • Made Waterfiends non-aggresive.
    • Fixed the lottery dialogue.
    • Added a temporary solution for ::vote
