Nh guide part 1

ever been in wildy trying to have fun and pvm or pk then all of a sudden some douche bag that isnt named l lo lol l0l comes and attacks u. however this is not a normal attack because ur opponent is using protection prayers! and farcasting! breaking every pk rule in the book. oh no what can you do?
well on the bright side i made this tutorial on how to kick ass in wildy.

if you did not know, NH stands for NO HONOR which pretty much means no rules do whatever u want as long as it gets the kill.
in order to kick ass you must be good at pray switching and item switching.

CHAPTER 1: THE BASICS

HERE ARE SOME VERY IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO BE OP IN NH

-HAVE WORKING F KEYS
-USE ALL THREE COMBAT STYLES BRING RUNES FOR MAGIC, BOW FOR RANGE AND MELEE WEAPON FOR MELEE
-USE ANCIENT MAGICS SPELLBOOK
-HAVE A SPEC WEP
-99 ALL MELEE STATS

THE REQUIREMENTS ABOVE ARE A MUST HAVE
THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

-1 HANDED RANGED WEAPON ( CHAOTIC CROSSBOW, ARMADYL CROSSBOW, RUNE CROSSBOW)
-1 HANDED STAFF ( MASTER WAND, ZURIEL STAFF, CHAOTIC STAFF, TOXIC STAFF OF THE DEAD, TRIDENT OF THE SWAMP)
-1 HANDED MELEE WEAPON ( CHAOTIC RAPIER, DRYGORE RAPIER, ABYSSAL WHIP, BRACKISH BLADE)
-ANY SPIRIT SHIELD OR A DRAGON KITESHIELD
-99 SUMMONING
-TOKHAAR KAL CAPE OR MAX CAPE OR COMPLETIONIST CAPE
-ONYX BOLTS OR DRAGON BOLTS
-BARROWS ARMOR OR BETTER
-BARROWS GLOVES

F KEYS!

your f keys should work in order to nh effectively. to test to see if your f keys work, press f3, it should show your prayers
press f4 it should show you your spells, f1 should show you youre inventory and f5 is for special attack

if you are right handed, use your right hand for your mouse and put your left ring finger resting on the f1 key. middle finger resting on the f3 key and pointy finger resting on the f5 key. your pointy finger has 2 jobs to press f4 to bring u in spell menu to cast a spell and its other job is to press f5 to bring you to spec menu and perform a special attack.

if you are left handed, use the mouse with ur left hand and use your right hand for the f keys

practice clicking all ur f keys and get used to using them.

once you have the hang of using the f keys it is now time to practice pray switching

get a friend to try to attack you with multiple combat styles and try to use your protection prayer to protect your self

you can message l lo lol l0l ingame and he will help you practice nh for free or you can try practice ur prayer switch against jad.

THE REAL FIGHT

i will show you the steps to nh in 3 simple steps

step 1.) attack your enemy depending on his protection prayer ( if your enemy has protect from magic then use a ranged attack)
step 2.) press f3 and get ready to protection prayer your opponents next attack
step 3.) now it is your turn to attack repeat step 1.


THE GEAR SET UP.

after trying many different item combinations i found the easiest way is the "reverse R switch" it looks like this



notice that in order to switch to range set up you must click in a reverse R pattern. this is the most fastest and effective way to switch also keep ur melee switch in a upside down reverse R and keep ur melee switch close to ur range switch. keep all ur gear close together so you do not have to move ur mouse that much to switch.

Also notice that even tho im using mage i keep torva helm on to give my player some extra tank defence bonus and str bonus because when you NH, you must consider that you are fighting with all 3 combat styles so you want to balance things out. it is highly recommended to have a tanky helm such as torva helm or statius helm or veracs helm depending on your budget. I also use primal boots for its tank defence and str bonus so i can hit maximum special attacks. In order to make up for my tank armor lowering my magic stats i equiped a seers ring (i) to balance things out so the magic bonus is still good as well as melee bonus. you do not have to worry about ranged that much because range is already pretty powerful and almost always hits.

i mainly use the tank nh gear set up because i fight in the multi pk zone and i must be able to take many hits at once in order to survive. there is another type of nh set up that has helm switch and deals alot more damage but less defence but unfortunately that is a topic for another chapter.


This chapter concludes this guide. chapter 2 will be released in a week or 2 and this subject matter will be SMALL TRICKS THAT CAN HELP YOU WIN NH FIGHTS!
