Account won't log on

Everytime I try to log on I get this error message on my screen. The message says 'login could not be completed. Try again!'. I've only been playing for around 1 day so idk why it's happening. I spoke to satan and he said put an image into forums of it. Hope you guys can fix it.

have you tried redownloading the client? I don't think you need to go as far as deleting the cache but you can try that if you really cant get anything else to work.
