i think this could be a cool idea basically a re colour of the max cape but for people who have 99's in all the non combat stats it could be a cool idea and easy to make since theres re colour's of the max cape already so dont need to re create a cape

well in the server right now when youre maxed you get a red max cape.. say for a skiller they get a blue max cape or something so theres a difference between the two capes and you can tell one player has the max cape and the other has the skilling max cape
